Does the Robo-Barista really serve both coffee and ice cream?

Yes. The Brew-n-Chill Robo-Barista serves barista-grade coffee (hot and iced) and soft-serve ice cream and frozen treats from one machine — the ‘Brew’ and the ‘Chill’.

How much space does it need?

About 1–2 m² — roughly a vending-machine footprint. The Mini sits on a countertop; the Max robotic unit needs up to ~4 m².

What does it need to run?

A standard power outlet and either a plumbed water line or a refillable tank. We confirm everything in the site survey.

Who maintains and restocks it?

We do, or we train your team. Connected machines alert us to low stock and service needs automatically; daily restocking is about an hour. An optional maintenance contract covers parts and servicing.

How do customers pay?

Tap, chip, mobile wallet, and optional QR / app ordering. Drinks and treats can also be set to free (employer-subsidised) or any price you choose.

How much does a Robo-Barista cost?

The full Robo-Barista is around $75,000 (before shipping & handling) to buy, or available on lease or revenue-share. With 70–85% gross margins on coffee and ice cream, payback runs ~5–18 months by location — see Pricing & ROI.
